It is with pleasure and pride that Mr. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.khengly.ca\/\"><strong>Kheng Ly<\/strong><\/a>, President &amp; CEO of the <strong>Brivia Group<\/strong>, saluted the talent of the co-founder and partner in the firm of<a href=\"http:\/\/www.msdl.ca\/en\/\"> <strong>Menk\u00e8s Shooner Dagenais LeTourneux\u00a0Architectes<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Anik<\/strong>\u2019s contribution to the development of architecture in Quebec is enormous,\u201d Mr.<strong> Ly<\/strong> said. Her achievements, such as the<strong> Cit\u00e9 du multimedia<\/strong>, <strong>phase 8<\/strong>, the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.asc-csa.gc.ca\/eng\/Default.asp\"><strong> Canadian Space Agency<\/strong><\/a>, the<a href=\"https:\/\/lamdd.org\/en\"><strong> Maison du d\u00e9veloppement durable<\/strong> <\/a>(<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cagbc.org\/\">LEED Canada<\/a> NC Platinum<\/strong>), the<strong> Pavillons Lassonde <\/strong>at<a href=\"https:\/\/www.polymtl.ca\/en\"><strong> \u00c9cole Polytechnique<\/strong> <\/a>(<strong>LEED NC Gold<\/strong>) and the <strong>Pavillon Joseph-Armand-Bombardier<\/strong> at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.umontreal.ca\/en\/\"><strong>Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al<\/strong><\/a>, testify to her commitment to sustainable development and to the search for excellence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anik Shooner<\/strong> participated in the design of various real estate projects for the <strong>Brivia Group<\/strong>, including the Phase 1 &amp; 2 of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yulcentreville.com\/home\"><strong>YUL<\/strong><\/a> project and<a href=\"https:\/\/www.1500montreal.ca\/home\"> <strong>QUINZECENT<\/strong><\/a>, multi- residential buildings in the heart of downtown Montreal. The <strong>YUL Condominiums<\/strong> project is characterized by its two 38-storey shifted-block towers that are currently reshaping Montreal\u2019s downtown profile, while the <strong>QUINZECENT<\/strong>, whose spectacular glass tower will rise above the intersection of Ren\u00e9-L\u00e9vesque Blvd. and Guy St., will transform one of the most dynamic downtown area.
