MONTREAL, March 21, 2018 – YUL Condominiums, one of the largest residential projects in downtown Montreal, is delighted to announce that it has won the Énergir prize for better use of natural gas at the 35th Domus Awards gala. The project, developed in partnership by the Brivia Group and the Tianco Group, includes notably two 38-storey towers, 17 elegant townhouses and a 23,000-square-foot private garden.

For the 35th consecutive year, Association des professionnels de la construction et de l'habitation du Québec (APCHQ) - Greater Montreal, will award the most prestigious trophy in the construction industry: the Domus. Thirty-two companies are on the coveted list of Domus Prize finalists, which will recognize the best achievements in housing and home renovation in the greater Montreal area.
