Located in a booming sector of the Sud-Ouest borough, this vast lot will allow Brivia Group to build the \u201c\u00eelot de la Montagne\u201d project.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis strategic acquisition is aimed at developing a multi-phase, mixed-use real estate project,\u201d said Mr. Kheng Ly, founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Brivia Group. \u201cAlthough we are in the process of conceptualizing this future project, we already know that the \u201c\u00eelot de la Montagne\u201d will fit seamlessly into the urban environment by offering a variety of additional housing in the neighbourhood, in accordance with market needs, including institutional and commercial components.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe project will help to promote an enhanced link between Notre-Dame Street and the Lachine Canal and is being designed to respond to the needs of the housing market,\u201d said Richard Stern, President of Olymbec. \u201cWe are proud to be partnering with Brivia Group.
