Irene Peng, Chief Operations Officer <\/strong><\/p>\n Irene Peng, previously Vice President, Corporate Affairs, is promoted to Chief Operations Officer. Overseeing corporate operations and related business strategies of the Group, Irene also supervises matters relating to construction, property management and legal affairs. With Brivia in 2015, Irene has been a key team member in the Group\u2019s expansion into the purposely built rental market and geographic expansion outside the Greater Montreal Area.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Vincent Kou, Chief Investment and Development Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n Vincent Kou, previously Vice President, Corporate Development and Growth, is promoted to Chief Investment and Development Officer. Vincent continues to lead acquisition, investments and partnerships including investor relations and public relations. In addition, Vincent supervises Pre-Construction & Planning as well as Sales & Marketing activities.
