A true urban oasis, YUL Condominiums combines all the advantages of living downtown with the desirable lifestyle of the suburbs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a unique project, a concept tailored to each client\u2019s needs; that\u2019s what I want above all,\u201d explains Ly.<\/p>\n<p>During the interview, Ly and Shooner also discussed another of their major projects, the restoration of the Louis-Hyppolite-La Fontaine Heritage House, located steps away from the twin towers and 17 row-houses.
