This is<strong> Brivia Group<\/strong>&#8216;s fifth major project in <span class=\"xn-location\">Montreal<\/span>, along with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yulcentreville.com\/home\">YUL Condominium<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.1500montreal.ca\/home\">QuinzeCent<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-sm-10 col-sm-offset-1\">\n<p><strong>Brivia Group<\/strong>&#8216;s project will be built between Place Phillips and Saint Alexandre streets, in the block bordered by <span class=\"xn-person\">Sainte Catherine Street<\/span> and Ren\u00e9 L\u00e9vesque Boulevard. The site is currently used as a parking lot.<\/p>\n<p>This huge project will play a role in revitalizing this sector of downtown <span class=\"xn-location\">Montreal<\/span> by welcoming 789 new residents, thereby contributing to the development of nearby businesses and redevelopment efforts on Sainte Catherine Street. This site is an important crossroads between the business district, <span class=\"xn-location\">Montreal&#8217;s<\/span> shopping district, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcgill.ca\/\"><strong><span class=\"xn-org\">McGill University<\/span><\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quartierdesspectacles.com\/en\/location\/82\/place-des-festivals\/page-1\"><strong>Place des Festivals<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A varied clientele will be attracted by the growing number of major residential projects in this part of <span class=\"xn-location\">Montreal<\/span>. <strong>Brivia Group<\/strong> believes that future residents will be professionals who want to live closer to where they work, active retirees who want to trade their single-family home for a spacious condo, new Canadians who want to make their home downtown and international buyers.
