Located at the intersection of Ren\u00e9-L\u00e9vesque Boulevard West and Guy Street, the QuinzeCent<\/strong> will have 36 floors and welcome its first residents in 2022.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith more than 50% of the units of The QuinzeCent<\/strong> already sold, Brivia Group<\/strong> is executing its fourth major project in downtown Montr\u00e9al in less than five years and helping to develop an area that has long been neglected by the real estate sector,\u201d said Kheng Ly<\/strong>. \u201cLocated between the river and mountain, the iconic glass tower will offer an exceptional lifestyle.\u201d<\/p>\n

The QuinzeCent<\/strong> will feature 428 condo units including microcondos, 1 to 3 bedrooms and penthouses.
