The 12-storey apartment building will be built north of F\u00e9lix-Leclerc highway between the Laurentienne highway and Robert-Bourassa Boulevard, more precisely at 7615 M\u00e9tis Street.<\/p>\n<p>The project will consist of 210 apartments, including studios, 2 \u00bd, 3 \u00bd, 4 \u00bd and 5 \u00bd as well as a fitness room, an indoor pool, a lounge, indoor parking for cars and a space for bicycles and storage lockers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are proud to be carrying out our first real estate project in the Qu\u00e9bec City area in partnership with <strong>Groupe Bolduc<\/strong>, a family-owned company renowned for the quality of its projects and excellent customer service,\u201d said <a href=\"http:\/\/www.khengly.ca\/\"><strong>Kheng Ly<\/strong><\/a>, president of <strong>Brivia Group<\/strong>. \u201cI am confident that this project will be successful.
