[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”3997″ img_size=”medium”][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Mr. Vincent Kou, LLB<\/strong><\/p>\n

Effective September 1, 2018, Mr. Vincent Kou<\/strong> will join Brivia Group<\/strong><\/a> as Vice-President, Corporate Development & Growth, reporting to Mr. Kheng Ly<\/strong><\/a>, President & CEO.\u00a0 Vincent brings a combination of business development, commercial, legal and international business experience to the Group.\u00a0 In his new role, Vincent<\/strong> will be responsible for the business development and growth of the Group including real estate investments and acquisitions.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining the Brivia Group<\/strong>, Vincent<\/strong> held a number of senior positions over a 15 year period with Rio Tinto<\/strong><\/a>, a global mining company.\u00a0 Most recently, he was based in Singapore for close to four (4) years within the Commercial Group.\u00a0 Prior to his posting in Singapore, Vincent was Chief Counsel & Director of Mergers & Acquisitions (Asia), and Chief Counsel, Business Development & Growth for Rio Tinto Alcan<\/strong> for more than 10 years based in Montreal, Beijing, Shanghai & Singapore where he had responsibility for the Company\u2019s legal function in Asia, focusing primarily in commercial, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestments.\u00a0 He was also General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, based in Hong Kong, for a coal mining company with operating assets in Mongolia which, prior to its divestment, was a Rio Tinto Group<\/strong> company listed on both the TSX<\/strong> and HKSE<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”3995″ img_size=”medium”][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Mr. Hugues Dupuis, ing., M. Ing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mr. Hugues Dupuis<\/strong> recently joined Brivia Group<\/strong> as Director Construction, reporting to Mr. Kheng Ly<\/strong>, President & CEO.\u00a0 Mr. Dupuis<\/strong> will be responsible for the Group\u2019s construction projects including feasibility, planning, budgeting & cost control, construction procurement planning, management of general contractor and sub-contractor relationships, contract negotiations with specialized contractors, and, quality control.<\/p>\n

Hugues<\/strong> has 22 years of experience in construction industry, management and project management, including close to five (5) years with SNC-Lavalin<\/a> Construction<\/strong> for the expansion project of the Sainte-Justine University Hospital Center<\/strong><\/a>, and a substantial number of years with Magil Construction<\/strong><\/a>, Les Constructions Marton Lt\u00e9e<\/strong> and Axor Construction Canada Inc<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Holder of a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering and a master’s degree in civil engineering project management, Mr. Dupuis<\/strong> is a person of initiative who remains on the lookout for technological trends in the construction industry.\u00a0 His strategic and analytical approach, leadership & interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with professionals and specialized entrepreneurs will be valuable to the company.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”3996″ img_size=”medium”][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Mr. Norman Pearl, CPA, CA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mr. Norman Pearl<\/strong> recently joined Brivia Group<\/strong> as Special Consultant responsible for the development and management of the Phillips Square project<\/strong><\/a>, reporting to Mr. Kheng Ly<\/strong>, President & CEO.<\/p>\n

Norman<\/strong> has more than 30 years of experience as a senior executive in Commercial Real Estate<\/strong><\/a>.
