Located at 1200 Crescent St., at the corner of Ren\u00e9-L\u00e9vesque Blvd., NEST Condos<\/strong> will offer 97 condos consisting of studios, as well as of one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums.<\/p>\n

The units will vary from 265 sq. ft. to 970 sq. ft. Residents will have access to a fitness centre, a lounge, a ground-floor backyard, and a three-storey indoor parking lot, as well as storage lockers, among other things. The project will also include two commercial areas.<\/p>\n

Relatively new to Montreal, the all-in-one-space concept is characterized by housing units of reduced square-footage; generally studios with furnishings that are adapted to the space, such as fold-away beds. The elegant and contemporary architectural concept was realized by Marco Manini Architecte<\/strong><\/a>. The end of the construction work, to be carried out by EBC<\/strong><\/a>, is scheduled for 2019.<\/p>\n

This is Brivia Group<\/strong>\u2019s third real-estate project in downtown Montreal. The first, YUL Condominiums<\/strong><\/a>, includes two 38-storey towers, some 800 units and 17 townhouses. The second, Stanbrooke<\/a><\/strong>, is a 19-storey rental building with 178 units.<\/p>\n
