Kheng Ly, President and CEO of Brivia Group, Montreal’s fast-growing real estate developer, was recently interviewed by Marie-Hélène Paradis, journalist for Immobilier Commercial Magazine.
Accompanied by architect Anik Shooner, of Menkès Shooner Dagenais LeTourneux Architects, Ly gave a tour to the magazine to showcase Brivia’s flagship project, the YUL Condominiums. A true urban oasis, YUL Condominiums combines all the advantages of living downtown with the desirable lifestyle of the suburbs.
“It’s a unique project, a concept tailored to each client’s needs; that’s what I want above all,” explains Ly.
During the interview, Ly and Shooner also discussed another of their major projects, the restoration of the Louis-Hyppolite-La Fontaine Heritage House, located steps away from the twin towers and 17 row-houses. This complex project will see the historic home restored to its former glory in the heart of Montreal’s city centre.
