Martin Cauchon has had a distinguished political career at the federal level and in the private sector which provides him with in-depth knowledge of a wide variety of issues and challenges that businesses are facing. First elected as a Member of Parliament in October 1993, in the riding of Outremont, Quebec, he subsequently held numerous positions in the federal government. He was Secretary of State (Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec), Minister of National Revenue, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada. Mtre Cauchon completed a Master of Laws in International Business Legal Studies at the University of Exeter in England and he is now Counsel at DS Avocats Canada.

Kheng Ly is the Founder, President and CEO of Brivia Group, a real estate development and investment company. Under his leadership and vision, the company has grown rapidly and now has over 20 projects developed or under development in Québec, Vancouver and Greater Toronto area. Deeply committed to community development, Kheng Ly actively contributes his knowledge to several non-profit organizations and causes that are close to his heart.

An accomplished senior executive, entrepreneur, lawyer and corporate director, Marie-Anne Tawil has extensive experience in strategy, corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. She is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, awarded for her contribution to the advancement of women in business. She has over 35 years of legal experience, primarily in the area of corporate, commercial and securities law. Since 2017, she has been involved in the foundations and businesses of Guy Laliberté and was President and CEO of Lune Rouge Inc. Since 2006, she has had the privilege of sitting on several boards of directors of large private and public companies, including that of Hydro-Québec and the SAAQ, and she currently sits on the boards of Dundee Precious Metals and Gelpac Inc.

Vincent Kou joined Brivia Group in 2018, after working close to 15 years internationally at Rio Tinto Alcan and several years previously at a national law firm. As Chief Investment and Development Officer, he is responsible for acquisitions, investments and partnerships including investor relations and public relations at Brivia Group. In addition, he oversees the Development, Sales & Marketing and Human Resources departments. Since joining the company, he has successfully completed several major acquisitions and partnerships and has led the diversification of the Group’s development portfolio and national expansion. A member of the Québec Bar, he also has extensive experience in Asia, particularly in China.
