LB9 Rental Apartments
LB9 contemporary rental apartment project is being built in a growing neighbourhood that has doubled its population in 10 years. It fills a need in this area by offering an exceptional living environment close to numerous services. It includes three residential towers built in three phases in Lebourgneuf district. Phase 1 includes 226 units on 12 floors and was completed in June 2020. The residential tower of Phase 2 is currently under construction and will house 218 units on 15 floors starting in 2023. Finally, the last 15-storey building will have 288 units. Construction began in March 2022 and will continue until the summer of 2024.
