Irene Peng, Chief Operations Officer
Irene Peng, previously Vice President, Corporate Affairs, is promoted to Chief Operations Officer. Overseeing corporate operations and related business strategies of the Group, Irene also supervises matters relating to construction, property management and legal affairs. With Brivia in 2015, Irene has been a key team member in the Group’s expansion into the purposely built rental market and geographic expansion outside the Greater Montreal Area.
Vincent Kou, Chief Investment and Development Officer
Vincent Kou, previously Vice President, Corporate Development and Growth, is promoted to Chief Investment and Development Officer. Vincent continues to lead acquisition, investments and partnerships including investor relations and public relations. In addition, Vincent supervises Pre-Construction & Planning as well as Sales & Marketing activities. Since joining Brivia in 2018, Vincent has led the company to achieve considerable growth in Quebec, established major partnerships and played a key leading role in the Group’s national expansion including into Greater Toronto Area and British Columbia.

Kenneth Tran has joined Brivia Group as Managing Director, British Columbia and oversees the Group’s projects and all activities of the business in the territory. Kenneth brings years of international and local business experience in managing, developing and leading business in Montreal, China and Southeast Asia.
