HISTORY
Founded in Montreal in 2000 by the visionary businessman, Kheng Ly, Brivia Group is a real estate development and investment company with a growing portfolio. Inspired by the names of Ly’s three children, he named his company Brivia and had successfully gained himself the reputation and credibility in the industry. Brivia Group and its management arm brings together a team of experienced and competent professionals specialized in real estate investment and development.
The birth of Brivia Group led to the creation of YUL condominium project in downtown Montreal, a major residential project that contributes to the effervescence of the real estate in the city and revitalizes the neighborhood by the beauty of its structure. In 2019, Brivia Group launched the tallest residential tower in Montreal called 1 Square Phillips which brings the City Skyline to a brand new level. Other iconic residential projects are QuinzeCent, Stanbrooke and LB9. The company now has over 20 completed and under development real estate projects in Great Montreal Area, Quebec City and Great Toronto Area.
